All orders are usually processed for delivery within 1-3 working days from Atar Racing HQ after payment confirmation between Monday to Friday (Holidays excluded).
Generally the shipping period will be as followed:
Ready made products: 4 - 7 days
Tailor-made and restock products: 7 - 14 days
However, for tailor-made products that are not already in stock, production and delivery time (in accordance with different shipping methods) will vary.
Our team will contact you in advance if there's a special production period of more than the given time frame above.
Order tracking ID and notes will be updated in your mailbox once we process shipment. Parcel movements will be based on selected courier companies tracking system update. You can also check the delivery updates in your account's “Order update”.
DHL eCommerce Courier service, usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days.
DHL, Pos Laju, NinjaVan, Pgeon, JNT, and CityLink Courier service usually arrives within 2 to 35 working days, the actual range may be depending on your selected courier during payment at the checkout page, rural areas might take a longer time.
* In special conditions (rural areas, etc), DHL Courier service might change to other courier services depending on the local best shipping provider.
DHL and FEDEX international courier service, 1 to 7 working days with real-time tracking (optional).
Please note you are responsible for all Taxes, Duty & charges in your destination Country, this mainly applies to all countries.
* If you fail to pay your import duty or tax, the courier will contact us, we reserve the right to charge you if this is the case.
* Some products may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting Malaysia we can ship any product to your hotel or any DHL store for pickup.
By default, all shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the shipping parcel's volumetric weight & its actual weight based on your delivery address. Our AI system will automatically assign the best available shipping company to your cart. (With custom declaration services included)
Atar Racing Store shipping formula calculation rate is based on the actual real-time rates with discounts given by the courier company. Fuel surcharges, handling surcharges and custom declaration services are included.
A large/oversize product (>120cm) will be charged with Jumbo size delivery fees which are charged directly from the order selected courier.
Chat with us (Minimum order size starting from 100kg per order), larger order sizes may get a better rate from shipment discounts, we support palletized shipment too.
