Atar Store for Consumers

Thanks for shopping at Atar Racing. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we'll refer to these entities as the “Atar Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an Atar Store. Please note that by placing an order with the Atar Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Atar Racing's Privacy Policy, and Website Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Atar Store. That's because we go out of our way to ensure that they're designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

  • We only accept return on ready made products that are available on Atar Store. Tailor-made products and orders paid via installment are strictly not acceptable.
  • Only items that are in brand new condition will be available for return, refund & exchange within 14 days upon order received. A 30% surcharge will be applicable on the value of the products returned. (Amount includes admin fees, packaging, files, labor fee, tax etc.)
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Used items are not eligible for return & refund.
  • For order cancellation prior to shipment, a surcharge of 30% cancellation fee will be incurred.
  • Proof of purchase. (Order invoice number and receipt)

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account if the return is valid.

Return Procedure

To return an item, you'd have to contact our customer support and follow the three steps below:

  • Pack the product(s) into its original packing
  • Attach the label with the address given by our customer support onto the package/parcel.
  • Ship it back to us.

Please notify us and prove your return shipping receipt to our customer services if you have applied for any return shipping. Our customer support will get back to you when your return shipping arrives at our site. It is encouraged that the return shipping should be sent using a courier that provides a real-time update that allows both parties to track the parcel at any time.

For Return of Defective or Wrong Item Received

If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged:

Request for the courier to wait while you check the condition of the products. If the courier agrees, check the product and reject the package if it is damaged. You will need to take a picture of the parcel for claiming purposes later.

If the purchased item is received damaged, dented or broken upon arrival and the courier has left:

  • Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of the parcel received with supporting documents as proof:
  • The original commercial invoice in the parcel
  • Photos and/or videos below:
    1. The parcel received (with delivery number/airway bill number) before unboxing.
    2. The opened parcel with the exact item inside.
    3. The item.
    4. The defective area(s) of the item.

If the wrong item is received

Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receival.

Important Notes

  • A returned product without a return shipping receipt and/or notification with our customer service will be an issue, in such circumstances, the unknown returned refund/return payment shall never be made.
  • You will be required to cover the return delivery fees, and our team will check the returned product before refunding your previous payment.
  • Refund amounts and or return and exchange product approvals are based upon inspection of the state of the product returned. Under certain circumstances (eg. badly damaged products upon delivery, suspected man-made damages, etc.), refunds/returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Your refund payment will only be transferred back to the original payment method either by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Our team will never make any refund payment to ANY third-party payment method or wallet which are different from the original paid method.
  • We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, return, exchange, or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
  • We reserve the right to make adjustments to any terms above if needed.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

With regards to pricing, Atar Racing reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Atar Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Should Atar Racing reduce its price on any Atar Racing-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the Atar Racing support team at atar.review@hotmail.com to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Atar Racing within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Order Receipt and Status Check

Information contained at the Atar Store constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Atar Racing's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we'll not accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases this will be within four business days for items that are in stock. Atar Racing may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Atar Racing may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. After you receive our email order confirmation, you can visit Order Status online to check your order status at any time. When the order status message shows “Preparing for Shipment”, it means that we have accepted your order.

You may pay for your products by the methods of payment as displayed on the payment section of the Atar Store from time to time. You may be charged upon order placement.

Consumers Only

The Atar Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Atar Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel or delay your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased by you for end use.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Atar Racing may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Atar Racing reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Atar Racing confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Atar Racing will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Atar One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Atar Racing provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Atar Racing branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions are as followed:

  • The effective period of the warranty starts from the date your order is received and lasts for one year.
  • Product is only claimable with the malfunction of the core.
  • In case the cause of malfunction is due to accumulation of water, backfire pop and bang tuning, man-made damage, or any other unusual cause etc.; the warranty will be voided.
